About 200 runners and walkers recently participated in the Elliott’s Run 5K and one mile fun run at the Galloway School in Buckhead, in honor of founder Elliott Galloway, whose philosophy included the pursuit of good health and fitness. This year’s overall 5K winners were Calvin Henry, class of 2012, and Caroline Henry, class of 2015, both of whom won individual state medals in cross country this year. Top middle learning finishers were Aaron Earl and Melinda Hartz, and top early learning finishers were Pearce Seabrook and Anna Belson. Top adult runners were Paul Kidder and Mindi Sewell.
